A multidisciplinary student team from the University of Texas at Dallas partnered with VAVV to design an award-winning, build-ready, solar-powered system that turns air into clean drinking water. This is a huge advancement, bringing a community-centered water solution for arid desert communities one step closer to reality!

The global water crisis looms large, demanding immediate attention and concerted efforts. By understanding the critical importance of water and its wide-ranging effects, we can work towards sustainable solutions and effect positive change. These are 5 reasons why water is important!

Vera Aqua Vera Vita is excited to take part in this NTX Giving season yet again because we know that, with our recent expansion within DFW and a successful North Texas Giving Day, we’ll be able to provide enrichment and opportunities like never before!

At the core of Vera Aqua Vera Vita’s project implementation is W.A.S.H. oriented solutions that look to holistically improve the lives of those it touches by securing clean Water and Sanitation Hygiene (W.A.S.H.). As a grassroots nonprofit, it is vital that Vera Aqua Vera Vita not only strive towards W.A.S.H. solutions but provides the community with the knowledge and tools necessary for its future implementation as well.

Since March of 2020, the VAVV team has been collaborating to create material for a W.A.S.H Education Program and is now proud to announce the completion of a W.A.S.H. Workshop!
