April brought meaningful progress across VAVV’s four active clean water projects in rural Peru, from construction coordination in Las Mercedes KM11, to gearing up for pump testing in Las Mercedes, continued land-rights advocacy in La Merced, and ongoing data collection in Totoral Bajo. Each step is moving these communities closer to sustainable, community-owned clean water systems.

January marks a major milestone for VAVV as we begin reporting on four active clean water projects for the first time and launch a new atmospheric water condenser initiative that expands how we serve communities in Peru.
