Join the Ripples for Hope and Transform Lives with Clean Water this Giving Tuesday!

At Vera Aqua Vera Vita, we believe in the power of clean water to create Ripples of Hope, transforming communities one drop at a time. Our work is not just about providing water; it's about giving the gift of life, health, and opportunities to thousands of people who desperately need it. And we need your help to make an even greater impact.

The Ripple Effect of Clean Water

Our mission has already made an incredible difference in Monte Castillo, the first community we ever served. Before our involvement, a staggering 84% of the people in this community suffered from chronic waterborne illnesses. Today, more than four years later, the number of people contracting any waterborne illness has dropped to just 13%, with 0% chronic! This remarkable eradication of chronic waterborne illnesses equates to over 7,000 people who have experienced a substantial increase in their quality of life!

But our work is far from over. There are thousands of other communities in dire need of the same opportunities for clean water. Every day we wait, more people suffer and die from waterborne illnesses. Currently, we have six communities on our vetted shortlist that urgently require access to clean water. However, due to the size of our organization and limited staff, we can only undertake about one project per year.

Expanding Our Impact with Your Support

We want to do more, and we can, with your help. To make it possible, we need to hire a Professional Engineer. This step will enable us to undertake 2 to 3 more clean water system community projects in Peru every year, where VAVV is tirelessly working to bring the life-giving gift of clean water to thousands of people. To make this vision a reality, we need to secure an additional $72,000 in committed, recurring funding each year, and this is the driving force behind our Ripples for Hope fundraiser.

How You Can Make a Difference

We invite you to join the Ripple Community as a recurring donor and become a part of this life-changing mission. If you're already a Ripple member, please consider increasing your donation to help us expand our reach. Our goal is to realize a total increase of $72,000 in Annual Recurring Donations, which will enable us to hire an experienced and Professional Civil Engineer. With their expertise, we can execute 2 to 3 more projects every year, ultimately saving thousands of lives from the ill effects of contaminated water.
