Merry Christmas: Gift of Prayer & Treasure

Christmas is the season for giving as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Here in the United States we celebrate in holiday splendor by decorating our trees, exchanging gifts, indulging in holiday feasts and partaking in family traditions like attending Christmas services together or giving to our favorite charity. However, around the world many of our fellow human beings don't have the luxuries and comforts we have in the U.S., so it is important to remember those struggling in other areas of the world during this season of hope and joy!

GIFTS OF PRAYER

Vera Aqua Vera Vita would also like for you to consider something in addition to your regular holiday traditions this year (and maybe make it a holiday tradition). The power of prayer is part of the core of our ministry.

Your Gift of Prayer would be to provide personal prayers and prayer intentions for those all over the world who do not have clean, safe water to drink. You can do this in two ways:

1. You can make a personal commitment to pray for these intentions in your daily prayers during the holiday season or maybe a year-long commitment this year.

2. Or join the Vera Aqua Vera Vita Prayer Warriors. Become a volunteer intercessory prayer warrior who will pray for Vera Aqua Vera Vita as a whole, its projects, the communities it serves, and any specific needs of the people Vera Aqua Vera Vita serves in developing countries.

You hold many treasures in your lifetime including your income, assets, your home and the blessings you give your church and family every day.   • In honor of someone or a group, give the gift of “Project Partnership: Gift of Clean Water” this year and help fund Vera Aqua Vera Vita’s capital investments in clean water & sanitation solutions projects in developing countries. 100% of whatever you give will be invested directly in our projects. Both one-time or continuing giving is available.

  • In honor of someone or a group, give the gift of “Mission Partnership: Clean, Safe Water” this year. Both one-time or continuing giving is available and support our team in ensuring we are able to deliver on our mission of bringing clean water to those in need of safe water.
