Let's pray for this gentleman who works at the Charity Association in Piura. He has been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. On September 20, 2022 he had his first chemo treatment. Let's pray for his speedy recovery and for effectiveness of the chemo.

Additional Intentions:

• Let’s pray for the local, municipal and regional elections in Piura, for the transition of leadership to be a swift process in benefit of our work and mission.

• Let’s pray for our volunteers in Monte Castillo, so they can complete a community survey evaluating the post-project impact of our work there.

• For the continued improvement of the health of the mother of Mahira Vasquez, our project/program liaison in the Piura region, who has several conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

• For the successful and rapid completion of VAVV's project in Las Mercedes KM11, that we may quickly acquire the final permits we need from the local government agencies so that we can commence construction ASAP.
