October 2026 Project Status Update: Correcting the Paperwork So the Water Can Flow
October was a month of careful, essential paperwork across all three active projects. In Las Mercedes KM11, the JASS re-submitted its Public Records registration after corrections, with contractor hiring now targeted for late November. September 2026 Project Status Update: A JASS Is Recognized, and Heavy Construction Is Coming!
September delivered legal milestones across all three active projects. In Las Mercedes KM11, the Municipality officially recognized the community's Water Committee — and the contractor selection process is now underway.
