North Texas Giving Day 2021 on Fast Approach!

As North Texas (NTX) Giving Day shows itself on the horizon, Vera Aqua Vera Vita (VAVV) is starting to get excited. September 23rd will mark the fourth year VAVV is participating in NTX Giving Day, the largest community-wide giving event in the nation. The  hope for this year is that VAVV’s mission might be able to “Reach Further” in bringing clean water to those in need across the world.

The NXT Giving Day website states, “Communities Foundation of Texas’ NTX Giving Day is an 18-hour online giving event designed to empower every person to give back to their community by supporting local nonprofits and causes they care about in one easy-to-use platform.” VAVV intends to join in the momentum that has carried the organization so far in the past, and they’re asking for your help!

VAVV’s NTX Giving Day begins with early donations as soon as September 1st. NTX Giving Day donations given from Sept. 1-23 will be matched dollar for dollar, meaning any donation you make will be doubled plus when giving between these dates, VAVV will be eligible for various prizes from NTX Giving Day. VAVV is also asking its supporters to start their own peer-to-peer FUNdraiser campaign and invite their family, friends, and coworkers to give.

With W.A.S.H. development project planning and engineering currently underway for two new communities, as well as exciting opportunities with new partners and a fast-approaching mission trip, VAVV has a lot going on and the proceeds from NTX Giving Day will help make all that possible. Without our generous donors, VAVV would never be able to bring the life saving and giving gift of True Water True Life around the world.

VAVV’s fundraising goal is $40,000, and all the proceeds will go to engaging our local community; spreading awareness for the effects of the global water crisis and teaching about what can be done to quench that thirst; and inspiring future donors to give. VAVV plans to engage the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) community through networking, conferences, speaking engagements, and launching our youth/young-adult school programs and in that way spread the word about the global water crisis and inspire people to get involved. Currently VAVV has secured a pooled matching donation fund of $18,450 and is pursuing an additional $1,550 in matching donations with the hopes of building a total matching fund of $20,000.

With so much organizational development this year, VAVV is hoping to spread awareness and change like never before, asking its supporters for the necessary help – please consider donating to VAVV for NTX Giving Day anytime between the opening of early giving on September 1 til September 23, 2021.

On VAVV'S NTX Giving Day event page, Jacob Niemeier, Founder and Executive Director of VAVV, has a special call to action for those in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

“Show your big Texas heart and help us raise awareness of the Global Water Crisis in service of our less fortunate brothers and sisters in developing countries affected by lack of access to clean water.”

This year, with your help, VAVV can Reach Further than ever before!
