“Hello Vera Aqua Vera Vita Family!

As we bring 2025 to a close, I find myself filled with gratitude, humility, and hope as I reflect on all that God has done through this mission over the past year. Personally, it has been a bit of a challenging end to 2025 on the Niemeier homefront with lots of sickness plaguing us over the past two months, but nonetheless, we press on for the Glory of God! Our final Project Status Update of 2025 captures a meaningful moment in our journey—one marked by steady progress, deepening community relationships, and strong foundations being laid for what lies ahead.

This year, both Las Mercedes KM11 and La Merced continued moving forward in important ways. In Las Mercedes KM11, reliable water delivery has strengthened community leadership and stability, while in La Merced, behind-the-scenes preparation has positioned the project for major movement in early 2026.
